What the school offers its staff
We have a thriving department with strong uptake at GCSE. We have a flourishing teaching and learning group that staff are welcome to apply to join. Our CPD and induction package is excellent, with many staff enrolled on NPQ’s and courses through the Chartered College of Teaching. Alongside strong opportunities for development and progression. There are also many opportunities to collaborate and develop through the South Area Network and our challenge partner links.
We support wellbeing for all and have a number of initiatives to support work life balance.
