Persona: Agile Worker, minimum 60% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)

Your Impact in the Role:
Maintain our availability spreadsheet, ensuring all new and withdrawn properties are updated accurately and on time.
Engage with clients as they begin their journey with us, offering a friendly and supportive first point of contact.
Manage the administration of keys for colleagues carrying out viewings, helping appointments run smoothly.
Use our internal systems to register applicants and set them up for a positive start to their customer journey.
Communicate with new leads by phone and email, providing timely, professional responses.
Distribute incoming leads efficiently, supporting the wider team to achieve strong conversion and performance.
Provide administrative support by taking clear and accurate minutes during high‑level meetings. Grow your skills in a fast‑paced, driven environment with excellent opportunities to learn and develop.
