Job Title: HR Administrator – 3 Month Fixed Term Contract

Salary: £26,000 pro rata
Hours: Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17.15
Are you an organised and detail-focused administrator, ideally with experience within an HR role, looking to develop your career in HR? We’re looking for a proactive HR Administrator to join our team and play a key role in delivering a high-quality service to colleagues across the business.
About the Role
As an HR Administrator, you will provide comprehensive, accurate, and efficient administrative support to the HR function and wider business. Working in line with Company policies and standard operating procedures, you will act as a key point of contact for HR administrative queries, ensuring every colleague receives a professional, helpful, and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records across HR systems (iTrent, Kallidus, Document Manager) and ensure all documentation is compliant and processed within deadlines.
- Prepare and issue high‑quality HR correspondence, including references, employment letters, and candidate onboarding paperwork.
- Support key compliance processes such as DBS/PVG checks and Right to Work, ensuring accurate data entry and reliable reporting.
- Manage HR inboxes, respond to queries professionally, and provide general administrative support to the HR Team Leader and wider team.
- Assist with employee benefits administration, maintain SOPs, and oversee departmental stationery and supplies.
About You
- Has strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
- Communicates clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally.
- Can work efficiently to deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Prioritises workload effectively and uses their initiative.
- Maintains confidentiality and acts with integrity at all times.
- Ideally has experience working within HR or a similar administrative role (desirable but not essential).
