MSK Physiotherapy Service Hounslow in West London NHS Trust is dedicated to help patients manage their pain, improve their problem, prevent re-injury and promote health and wellbeing
The Operational Support and Systems Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day co-ordination and supervision of the borough-based MSK services administrative team and are required to work closelywiththespecialistadministrationrolesinthetotalmanagementoftheHounslowMSK services administrationservice, and the flexible deployment of staff to ensure work is prioritized and delivered to time scale.
You will deputise the Admin Manager on her behalf and will have overall responsibility for the supervisory Staff management and electronic systems (S1 booking, ERS and Health rosters).
Toworkcloselywiththebusinessandclinicalteam/servicemanagersin ensuringtheefficientdelivery,managementandserviceimprovementofbusinesssystems to support the delivery of high-quality frontline clinical services.
The post holder will co-ordinate a comprehensive administrative support service to the clinicalteamsandanefficientreferralandappointment/visitingmanagementsystemviathe electronicpatientdatabase.Ensuringtheprovisionofhigh-qualitycustomerservicesintheinterface between the patients, carers, primary care, secondary care, community care, social care and voluntary organizations.
