Bridge2Future Care Group is looking for dedicated, compassionate Residential Care Practitioners to join our specialist children’s home supporting young people with learning disabilities and neurodivergence.

The Role

You’ll work rotational shifts between 7:30 am and 11:00 pm across a 7‑day week, including overnight sleep‑ins. Your role will include:

Providing exceptional, personalised care
Championing the safety and wellbeing of young people
Being an inspiring role model
Helping children develop independence and achieve their goals
Completing care plans, reports, and risk assessments
Every day you’ll be supporting children to thrive — emotionally, socially, and personally.

What We’re Looking For

Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Child Care (or willingness to study)
Experience with children/young people preferred
Full UK manual driving licence
Ability to work shifts & sleep-ins
Age 21+ (children’s home regulations)
Enhanced DBS check (paid for by the company)
