The Role
We are seeking a warm, reliable and enthusiastic Wrap Around Nursery Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys supporting children outside of standard nursery hours and can bring energy, empathy and creativity to both our morning and afternoon sessions.
Key responsibilities include:
• Welcoming children at the start and end of their nursery day
• Providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment
• Leading fun, age-appropriate activities
• Supporting children’s wellbeing and emotional needs
• Communicating effectively with colleagues and parents
• Maintaining a child-centred approach at all times

What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you are:
• Kind – You approach every child with warmth, patience and empathy.
• Communicative – You build positive relationships with families and colleagues through open, honest and professional communication.
• Child-Centred – You understand the importance of listening to children, respecting their individuality and responding to their needs.
Experience in early years or wrap around care is beneficial, but a positive attitude and alignment with our values are equally important. Training and support will be provided.
