ABOUT THE POST

International development is essential to London Metropolitan University’s long-term sustainability. The International Development Operations Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative, financial, and operational support to the International Recruitment and Study Abroad teams; working closely with the UK Student Recruitment Operations Officer to ensure consistent, efficient, and high-quality operational support across the whole Student Recruitment Department.

Reporting to the Associate Director of International, the post holder will coordinate budgets, process financial transactions, support the management of international partnerships and agency contracts, and maintain accurate data and reporting systems. They will also provide logistical support for international travel, events, and visits, ensuring the smooth running of operational activity.

The post underpins the effective delivery of the University’s international recruitment and mobility objectives by ensuring systems, processes, and information are managed efficiently and collaboratively across the Department.
