Crynodeb
The role involves processing applications for school travel passes, whilst establishing a positive working relationship with external transport services throughout the city. Other duties will include answering telephone calls for Childrens Safeguarding which can be difficult and challenging, updating and retrieving information within Liquid Logic, along with a variety of other administration tasks.
NVQ level 2, or equivalent qualification and experience of working in a busy demanding office environment is required. Good interpersonal and communication skills, and proficient in the use of IT. The role can be emotionally demanding, you must be able to maintain confidentiality working within GDP Regulations.
