We’re looking for a commercially minded Product Manager to lead our product vision, drive innovation and improve performance across the full Natural Fitness Food range.

We’re looking for a commercially minded Product Manager to lead our product vision, drive innovation and improve performance across the full Natural Fitness Food range.
What You’ll Do
- Own the product roadmap across meals, shakes, snacks, coffee/matcha and partner products
- Spot trends in health, wellness and functional food to guide new product ideas
- Take products from idea to prototype to launch with fast, test‑and‑learn cycles
- Ensure products fit operational models (capacity, labour, equipment)
- Optimise pricing, portioning and product mix to improve margin and reduce waste
- Track sales, margin, waste and customer feedback to drive decisions
- Present insights weekly/monthly to key stakeholders
- Manage suppliers and third‑party products from selection to performance review
- Strong analytical skills (Excel/Sheets, BI tools)
- Clear communicator who collaborates well across teams
- Organised, detail‑driven and customer‑centric
- Creative thinker with practical operational understanding
- Thrives in a fast‑paced environment
- Nutrition/food science background but not essential
A hands‑on, data‑driven Product Manager who loves creating products customers genuinely enjoy, and who can balance innovation with commercial and operational reality.
