Sales/Customer Support Administrator
Department: Customer Support
Reports To: Customer Support Manager
Salary: £13.00 per hour
Overall Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales / Customer Support Administrator to support the Customer Support Department. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient sales order processing, excellent customer service, and effective administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Process sales orders and complete all associated administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
Handle inbound customer calls regarding quotations, order progress, and complaints in a polite and professional manner.
Respond to customer emails promptly, providing clear and accurate information.
Resolve basic customer issues and escalate more complex cases where necessary.
Review internal stock requirements and place orders as required.
Carry out general administrative duties to support the effective operation of the department.
Monitor and assist with departmental KPIs.
Skills & Experience
Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and internet use.
Strong communication skills with professional telephone and email etiquette.
Good time management and organisational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
High level of accuracy in data input.
A strong team player.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
