Houlton School has an exciting opportunity to join our successful school. The role involves delivering high-quality teaching that meets pupils’ individual educational needs, ensuring strong progress, attainment and personal development. Responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing and tracking pupil progress, maintaining accurate records, and upholding high standards of behaviour, safeguarding and welfare.
The postholder will contribute to curriculum development, enrichment and co-curricular provision, including leading performing arts enrichment and accreditation. They will also support whole-school initiatives and policies, engage positively with parents and external partners, and play a full and active role in the wider life of the school community while maintaining a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
