Location: Dartford

Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
Pay: £100 - £115 per day (dependent on experience)

Are you passionate about supporting young people with special educational needs? We are partnering with a warm, welcoming, and highly regarded SEN school in Dartford that is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their outstanding team.

In this role, you will support students aged 4-18 with a range of complex needs, including Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges. You'll work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored learning experiences and ensure every pupil has the support they need to thrive both academically and emotionally.
