£95-£110 per day (dependent on experience)

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teachers and SEN staff to provide targeted support for pupils with special educational needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Assisting teachers with planning and delivering adapted learning activities
- Helping pupils remain engaged and confident during lessons
- Encouraging the development of independence, social skills, and self-confidence
- Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to the teaching team
- Supporting the classroom environment to ensure it remains safe, structured, and inclusive
The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A relevant qualification in education, childcare, or a related field (Level 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent)
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN
- A good understanding of how to support differentiated learning
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent organisational abilities
- A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach when working with pupils
- A commitment to ongoing professional development
