Housing Receptionist
Location: Greenford & Uxbridge , London
Pay: £13.94 per hour (weekly pay)
Hours: 35 hours per week (rota including evenings, weekends & public holidays)
Contract: Full-time
We are recruiting on behalf of our client in Greenford and Uxbridge for a Housing Receptionist to join a friendly, community-focused supported housing service.
You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, ensuring the reception area runs smoothly and providing excellent front-of-house support.
Key duties include:
- Welcoming residents and visitors
- Answering phone and email enquiries
- Managing bookings and reception administration
- Carrying out basic safety and wellbeing checks
- Supporting general admin tasks
- Someone who takes pride in being the face of the organisation and understands the importance of first impressions
- Excellent communication and people skills with a professional telephone manner
- Organised, reliable, and able to multitask
- Proactive attitude and keen to grow in the role
- Flexible to work rota shifts including evenings and weekends
Requirements:
✔ Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
✔ Comfortable using IT systems
