The Role
We are seeking an exceptional Receptionist to become the welcoming face and voice of our school. This pivotal front-of-house role is ideal for a calm, highly organised and personable professional who thrives in a busy environment and can maintain outstanding administrative standards.
You will be central to the daily life of the school, ensuring smooth office operations while delivering a professional and caring experience for children, parents, staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
Reception & Front Office
• Managing reception, calls and emails.
• Welcome visitors and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed
• Oversee pupil absence processes and maintain accurate records
• Support school communications and events
• Provide First Aid support
Person Specification
• At least two years’ experience in a busy administrative or front-facing role
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and school systems (e.g. MIS or communication platforms)
• Ability to manage competing priorities calmly and professionally
• High levels of discretion, integrity and reliability
