About Dimensions

At Dimensions, every day is an opportunity to make a real difference. Guided by courage and ambition, we promise you purpose in your work, pride in your impact, and support to grow. You'll help create lives filled with joy, independence, and unforgettable experiences because when every day matters, the work we do changes lives.

About the role

- Support Worker

- Full time - 37.5 hours per week

- Woodhall Spa, Lincoln

- Full UK Manual Driving Licence & Access to Own Car Essential

We're looking for Support Workers to join our welcoming team in a supported living home in Woodhall Spa, where four brilliant gentlemen aged 50-62 are living life with energy, laughter, and plenty of music. This is a joyful, vibrant home where every day brings smiles, shared moments, and a real sense of togetherness.

Music fills the house, singing and playing instruments are regular parts of the day. The gentlemen also love baking and cooking, turning mealtimes into something fun and sociable. And if you enjoy getting out and about, you'll love supporting one gentleman in particular who's happiest exploring new places, going for walks, or simply enjoying a drive.

Your role will be centred around person-led support: helping with daily routines, personal care, mobility (including wheelchair support when out and about), and attending appointments. Most importantly, you'll champion independence, encourage confidence, and help each person make the most of the things they love. You'll work alongside another team member during the day, with lone working only after 8pm or during planned 1:1 time, so you're always supported within a strong, positive team.

Shifts include days and waking nights, with early and late shifts between 8am and 10pm, plus alternate weekends so a flexible, caring approach is key.

About you

You don't need experience, just the right values and a caring attitude. Here's what matters most:

- You're kind, patient, and committed to helping people live life their way.

- You can work flexibly, including waking nights and weekends.

- You're comfortable with everyday tasks like cooking, cleaning, personal care, and supporting social interests.

- You're a good communicator and enjoy working as part of a team.

- You're willing to learn; we'll give you full training and ongoing support.

- A full UK manual driving licence and access to your own car is essential.

Rewards that make a difference

- A competitive pay rate with uplift for overtime you choose to work.

- 30 days paid Annual Leave (including public holidays - pro rata)

- Salary advance scheme - access up to 50% of earned pay before payday.

- High Street Discounts - Retail and Entertainment (supermarkets, hospitality, cinema, etc.)
