About the Role – Live-In Care Assistant (Lincolnshire)
As a Live-In Carer, you will stay in the client’s home and provide dedicated, person-centered home care support.
Unlike domiciliary care roles with rushed visits, this position allows you to deliver meaningful, unhurried care while building genuine relationships.
You will support with:
• Personal care (washing, dressing, grooming, continence care)
• Mobility support and safe transfers
• Meal preparation and nutritional support
• Medication support (following care plans)
• Companionship and emotional reassurance
• Dementia care (where required)
• Light housekeeping
• Monitoring wellbeing and reporting concerns
• Maintaining accurate care records
This role is ideal for experienced care assistants, home carers, support workers, and senior carers looking for structured live-in care work in Lincolnshire.

• Daily food allowance (paid on top)

• 35p per mile business mileage (where applicable)

What We’re Looking For
To join our Live-In Care Assistant team in Lincolnshire, you will need:
• Experience in home care, domiciliary care, live-in care, or senior care
• A compassionate, patient and professional approach
• Strong communication skills
• A UK driving license and access to a vehicle
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
• Dementia care experience is highly desirable.
