The Role

As a KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for promoting effective learning and ensuring the educational, social, and personal progress of every pupil in your care. You will work within a supportive framework to deliver a high-quality curriculum tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspiring Instruction: Use diverse methods and resources to enable all students to acquire new skills and knowledge effectively.

  • Assessment & Planning: Utilize assessment data to plan precise next steps for student learning.

  • Environment: Create a well-organized, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.

  • Collaboration: Work alongside a dedicated team to plan and implement the curriculum while maintaining high standards of behavior and discipline.

  • Engagement: Foster independent and collaborative work skills in students and build strong, communicative relationships with parents and carers.

Essential Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

  • Experience: Teaching experience across Key Stage 2 (either in a current post or through teaching practice).

  • Mindset: A commitment to raising achievement, continuous professional development, and safeguarding student welfare.
