They are seeking a Mobile Cleaning Operative to cover sites across Central London and within the M25. You will be based in Mitcham and will travel to different client sites during working hours to deliver high-quality cleaning and support services.
Are you the right person for the job?
• You have experience in cleaning supervision and are confident using cleaning machinery
• You’re reliable, hardworking, and take pride in maintaining high cleaning standards
• You’re flexible and able to travel between sites as needed
• You have strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
• You hold a valid UK driving licence and have a good level of English
• A DBS check will be required
What will your role look like?
• Carry out cleaning duties across various sites, ensuring excellent service delivery
• Operate and maintain a range of cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
• Supervise and support cleaning teams where required
• Maintain high hygiene and safety standards across all working environments
• Be flexible to work occasional split shifts when required

• Competitive salary: £32,240 – £33,000 per annum (depending on experience)
