Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) – Up to £30,300
Our client, a well-established and welcoming nursery, is looking for a passionate and experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an early years professional to play a key role in delivering high standards of care and education while helping to create a positive and inclusive environment for children and families.

What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) – essential
- A good understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development
- Experience working within an early years setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and caring approach to supporting children’s learning and wellbeing

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high standards of care, learning, and development in line with the EYFS framework
- Act as a key person, building secure relationships with children and supporting their individual development
- Plan and support engaging learning activities that promote children’s curiosity and development
- Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
- Build positive relationships with parents and carers, providing feedback on children’s development
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the nursery
