You'll own theoversight and continuous improvement of benefits programmes across multipleregions. Working in a dynamic, change‑led environment, you'll drive effectiveness,compliance, cost efficiency and employee experience, while enhancing processes,data insight and benefits platforms.
You'llcollaborate closely with HR, Finance, Procurement and external vendors todeliver compliant, competitive and employee‑centric programmesglobally, balancing global consistency with local market needs.
We'relooking for an experienced benefits professional from a complex, multinationalenvironment, with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability tooperate confidently in fast‑paced settings. Experience within professionalservices or consulting is essential.
