We are seeking an experienced and influential HSEQ Manager to support a major international corporate account. This senior leadership role focuses on delivering safe, compliant and high-quality operations across a multi-site global portfolio.

You will play a key role in protecting people, strengthening service performance, and embedding a culture where health, safety, environmental responsibility and quality are central to daily operations.

Job Description

As HSEQ Manager, you will provide expert guidance and hands-on support to operational teams across multiple countries.​

You will drive the implementation of health, safety, environmental and quality strategies while ensuring full compliance with international standards and client expectations.​

This role requires visible leadership, strong stakeholder engagement, and the flexibility to collaborate across global time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and deliver the international HSEQ strategy across the account

Strengthen safety culture and wellbeing initiatives across multiple sites

Lead and manage internal and client audit programmes (ISO 45001, 9001, 14001)

Oversee incident and near-miss reporting, investigations and corrective actions

Develop and manage Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (PEEPs)

Conduct and support risk assessments, including maternity risk assessments

Oversee DSE (Display Screen Equipment) compliance and assessments

Monitor statutory compliance and competence across service delivery

Use performance data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum)
DSE Assessor qualification (Display Screen Equipment Assessor certification)

Demonstrable experience in a senior HSEQ role within a complex, multi-site environment

Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001

Experience supporting multinational clients, ideally within facilities management or corporate environments

Proven ability to lead through influence rather than authority

Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work flexibly to accommodate global operational requirements
