About the role: Logistics TeacherActivate Learning is seeking an enthusiastic and motivational Logistics Teacher to join our team at Banbury and Bicester College. In this role, you will deliver the Gateway Level 1 Skills for Logistics programme to learners aged 16-18, with the programme beginning in September 2026.As our Logistics provision expands over the next five years, this role offers excellent opportunities for professional growth. You will play a key part in shaping and developing our evolving curriculum, which will include the introduction of Level 2 and Level 3 programmes, as well as apprenticeship pathways.This position provides an exciting opportunity for someone with practical experience in the logistics industry who is passionate about sharing their expertise, inspiring the next generation, and supporting students to achieve and progress.This is a permanent, part-time role working 16 hours per week (0.43 FTE) based at our Banbury and Bicester college. What do you need to be successful as a Logistics Teacher at Activate Learning?We are looking for people who can act as role models for our students and ensure that they leave us with not just their professional qualifications, but the attributes required to progress in the world of work.
