Crynodeb
As a People Advisor, you will: Provide clear, accurate HR advice based on People policies, terms and conditions, and employment legislation Support managers and colleagues sensitively through AskHR and direct queries, ensuring consistent and accessible guidance. Assist the Deputy People Business Partner with employee relations casework appropriate to the Band 5 role. Produce reports, analysis and interpretation of peoplerelated data including sickness, turnover and survey results. Support People projects, including planning, coordination and delivery of agreed actions Use HR systems, including case management systems, Excel to set up spreadsheets, track information and maintain accurate records. Work collaboratively with People Directorate colleagues and Staff Side representatives. Lead and support activities linked to job evaluation, including scheduling panels, providing administration and producing reports. Support the development and review of People policies.
