Care Assistant – Days
Location: Towy Castle Care Home
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: Permanent | Full-Time
Hours: 7:00am – 17:00pm
Rota: 3 on / 3 off rolling rota (including every other weekend)

Towy Castle Care Home is looking for a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our friendly team on day shifts.
This is a rewarding role supporting residents with their daily needs while helping them maintain dignity, independence, and wellbeing in a warm and supportive environment.
Your Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, you will:
Support residents with personal care including washing, dressing and hygiene
Assist residents with mobility and daily living activities
Help with meals and hydration
Provide companionship and emotional support
Maintain accurate care records
Work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
What We’re Looking For
✔ Caring, patient and reliable individuals
✔ Previous care experience preferred
✔ Good communication and teamwork skills
✔ A positive and compassionate approach to supporting residents
✔ Ideally someone who drives, as public transport may not always be available for some shift times
