Summary
Care Assistant – Nights
Location: Towy Castle Care Home
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: Permanent | Full-Time
Hours: 22:00pm – 8:00am on a rota basis including every other weekend
Hours per week: 35 hours per week
Join Our Night Care Team
Towy Castle Care Home is looking for a dedicated Night Care Assistant to join our caring and supportive team.
Working nights, you will help ensure residents feel safe, comfortable and supported throughout the night while maintaining a calm and caring environment.
Your Responsibilities
As a Night Care Assistant, you will:
Support residents with personal care and comfort during the night
Carry out regular wellbeing checks
Assist residents with mobility and toileting when required
Maintain accurate care documentation
Respond to residents’ needs promptly and compassionately
Work as part of the night team to ensure residents’ safety and wellbeing
What We’re Looking For
✔ Caring, reliable and compassionate individuals
✔ Previous care experience preferred
✔ Ability to work calmly and independently during night shifts
✔ Good communication and teamwork skills
✔ Ideally someone who drives, as public transport may not always be available for some shift times
