Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) – Ilford

An excellent healthcare company is seeking an experienced and motivated Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join their highly regarded training and teaching practice in Ilford. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.


  • Develop and implement individualized treatment and management plans.


  • Prescribe medications within the ANP scope of practice, adhering to best practice and safety standards.


  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based patient care in line with clinical guidelines.


  • Participate actively in the practice’s teaching and training programs, including mentoring junior staff and nursing students.


  • Contribute to ongoing professional development sessions, workshops, and clinical audits.


  • Collaborate with GPs, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.


  • Promote patient education and self-management strategies to support better health outcomes.


  • Support service development initiatives and quality improvement projects.


  • Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.


    Requirements:

    • Registered Nurse with relevant Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualifications.


    • Proven experience in primary care, community, or relevant healthcare settings.


    • Strong clinical decision-making, diagnostic, and patient management skills.


    • Experience in teaching, mentoring, or supervising staff or students is highly desirable.


    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


    • Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.


    • Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a team-focused environment.
