Crynodeb
The postholder will be working at Masters level across the four pillars of advanced practice, the post holder will contribute to: Expert clinical practice in the assessment, treatment, and ongoing management of acute oncology patients Leadership within the acute oncology speciality, influencing service development, reducing variationsand strategic planning Education and training, supporting colleagues across the teams Quality improvement and research, driving innovation and supporting delivery of the NHS Cancer Plan & the Non Surgical Oncology agenda. The ACP will work collaboratively with acute oncology, acute teams , Haematology, Cancer Clinical/MDT teams, and the Senior Business Unit team to support the delivery of the nonsurgical oncology agenda and ensure safe, effective pathways for patients receiving acute oncology care.
