Salary: £30,483 to £32,292 per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week

Weeks: 52 weeks per year

Please note this role is for Maternity Cover until approximately April 2027, or until the post holder returns

We have an exciting opportunity for a Progress Coach to join our motivated and enthusiastic Construction team. The role is varied with lots of opportunity to develop new skills and knowledge.

You will provide outstanding mentoring and support to our Apprentices, to ensure they achieve their highest potential, and have an excellent apprentice experience!

You will be required to:


Support the assessing team to carry out apprentice reviews in a timely manner, setting clear, and well understood targets
Contribute to the setting and achievements of targets, and using college systems to track progress
Provide information, advice and guidance, and academic and pastoral support as appropriate


As a Progress Coach, you should be confident, well organised, and proactive with good IT skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

You will have:


GCSE English and Maths A*-C/9-4 or equivalent
Experience of working with 16-18 year olds, ideally in a teaching and learning environment
Experience of working in a customer service role
