CPM is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and inspire a highly successful team of Field Sales Executives in the dynamic on-trade sector across the region. You will need to be proud to represent Diageo, a global leader in beverage alcohol with an outstanding collection of brands across spirits and beer with an enviable portfolio of brands such as Guinness, Smirnoff, Gordon's, Tanqueray, Captain Morgan, Johnnie Walker, and many more. Not only will you be working with this prestigious client and their brands but as a CPM employee you will be joining an Investor in People gold award winner and we are part of the Omnicom Group operating globally with over 34,000 employees.

A day in the life of a Regional Sales Team Manager:
* Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager, you will build and nurture a strong bond across your team, sharing best practice to deliver against all sales and activation targets across the on-trade.
* Train and coach your team to deliver the right tailored solution for every outlet which delivers the best possible return for both the outlet and Diageo
* Encourage your team to consistently find new opportunities to increase visibility and rate of sale
* Partner with the wider CPM team to deliver the brand and regional growth strategy
* Relationship building will be key to your success, so you will need to build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the CPM and Diageo businesses.
This would be a great Regional Sales Team Manager role for you if:
* You are experienced and knowledgeable about the on-trade, able to draw on your experience to guide the team and form well-judged plans to grow the Diageo business
* You have the enthusiasm and flair to make a significant contribution to our business and the Diageo team
* Have previous experience in managing a sales team to deliver to targets across a broad range of measures
* You are a problem solver, proactively seeking ways to improve processes and perceptions for the benefit of CPM and Diageo
* You have good presentation and Influencing skills, experience in evaluation, data analysis, and report writing
* Full UK Driving licence is essential
* You will need to be happy to stay overnight (from time to time), travel across the territory, and attend regional and national meetings.
