About Us:
Ballathie House Hotel is a welcoming and well-established 4* Country House Hotel known for delivering exceptional guest experiences 24/7. We are currently looking for a reliable and professional Night Porter to join our overnight team and help ensure the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of our guests during the night hours.
Key Responsibilities:
*Welcoming late-arriving guests and assisting with check-in/out procedures
*Ensuring the safety and security of the building and guests overnight
*Carrying out regular patrols of the hotel premises
*Assisting guests with luggage, room service, and any overnight requests
*Performing light cleaning and setting up breakfast areas if required
*Responding promptly to guest inquiries and emergencies
*Supporting the reception team with handover tasks
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience in a similar role or in hospitality (preferred but not essential)
*Friendly, calm, and professional manner
*Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
*Ability to work independently and stay alert during night shifts
*Good communication and customer service skills

Hours
