Crynodeb
Part time Support Worker required for a 21 year old male service user to work in home and in community.
The service user has poor Mental Health. He requires day to day Support with motivation, encouragement and accompanying to appointments and activities in the community.
Require someone of similar age with interests in sports, cinema, cycling, shopping, eating out, etc.
Preferably a vehicle owner/driver.
Flexible working hours to suit needs of Service User. To cover days and evenings for a few hours a day.
