What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience as an ER Specialist in a financial services organisation is required - applications without industry-specific experience will not be considered at this time.
Managing complex casework, grievances, disciplinaries and dismissals.
Change management: M&A, TUPEs, restructuring
Policy / process aligning to streamline
Managing the changes of the Employment Rights Bill
