We are looking for Multi-skilled Estates Engineers, to join our dedicated 40-member team where continuous learning and development are at the heart of everything we do.

The post holders will provide specialist technical expertise within their core trade discipline (i.e. electrical, mechanical, plumbing or carpentry), whilst developing and applying multi-skilled competencies to support cross-trade working.

To work as part of the Estates and Facilities operational team to provide a safe, compliant and cost-effective environment that supports effective healthcare delivery across the Trust.

The role will assist with the management and implementation of the Trust's planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes and contribute to the delivery of a responsive reactive and out-of-hours maintenance service, participating in the Estates shift and on-call rota.

Key requirements:
• Core trade qualification in Electrical, mechanical, plumbing or carpentry discipline.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to participate in an on-call rota and emergency response.
