You will confidently use your expertise & experience in Health & Social Care or Early Years Education to create meaningful industry experiences. In this role, you will support students to develop the skills, confidence, and professional knowledge they need to succeed in their chosen careers.You will be at the heart of building strong relationships with local employers, the Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP), and other key stakeholders to secure high-quality placements that meet both regulatory and college standards. Your day-to-day work will involve coordinating placements, providing guidance and support to students, visiting employer sites, and work closely with curriculum staff, managers, and support teams to ensure placements align with student learning.We are looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, is proactive in problem-solving, and can balance multiple priorities with attention to detail. Most importantly, you will be a champion for students, helping them navigate the transition from learning to work while fostering positive, lasting connections between the college and the local community.
