Summary
ROLE: Service Advisor
LOCATION: Bristol
SALARY: £29k per year + £35,500 OTE
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00 – 6.00. Saturday morning on a rota
As a Service Advisor you will be the key point of contact for customers throughout their vehicle’s time on site. You will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive an outstanding service experience from start to finish.
The role:
• Acting as the main contact for customers during their service or repair visit.
• Managing all service walk-in enquiries on behalf of the dealership.
• Liaising across departments to provide accurate and competitive quotes for required work.
• Checking in and handing over vehicles, ensuring all details are correctly recorded.
• Identifying and upselling additional work where appropriate.
• Ensuring all activities meet brand and service standards.
To be successful in this Service Advisor role, you’ll have:
• Previous experience a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor
• Full UK Driving license
