We are looking for a caring, friendly, punctual & reliable self employed PA to support a young adult (aged 20) with autism in a secured voluntary position.
The young lady requires someone to take, accompany & guide her -to offer assistance & as a source of support - and then return her back home.
We are specifically looking for a mature female PA who has access to their own vehicle which can be used for business purposes; so this must have a business insurance policy included.
The day of the week for the 2.5 hours can be negotiated in advance as the role is flexible. The weekly hours will be required for term time only.
It will be expected for the PA to drive from the home address to the school and return. Mileage will be paid at the standard rate of £0.45 a mile. Postcodes are s42 to s40 & return.
It is a requirement that the successful candidate will reman in the school & support with light admin tasks; offering reassurance and guidance as required.
Over time, the PA role could be developed to include further hours in other capacities.
This would suit someone who enjoys helping others with accessing the community & reaching their potential.
It is anticipated the admin tasks will involve filing & other organisational tasks of a similar nature.
