Summary
Female Personal Assistant (PA) / House Mum–Style Support
Location: Chesterfield
Rate: £13 per hour | Sleep-ins paid at £98 flat rate
We are looking to recruit two Female Personal Assistants to provide full-time, compassionate support for a young lady who experiences anxiety and personal health challenges, including support with oral care.
This role would suit someone who naturally takes on a “house mum” style approach — calm, nurturing, patient, and emotionally intuitive — with experience in mental health and anxiety support.
About the Role
You will provide 1:1 support to help the young lady live a fulfilling, confident, and structured life. Support will include:
Emotional reassurance and anxiety management
Support with personal health and daily routines
Encouragement and support with social activities
Getting outdoors for walks and fresh air
Engaging in interests such as animals, cooking, music, arts and crafts
Creating a safe, calm, and positive home environment
Essential & Desirable Requirements
Female PA (genuine occupational requirement)
Experience supporting individuals with mental health and anxiety
A warm, patient, and reliable nature
Able to provide consistent emotional support
Driver preferred
Comfortable working sleep-in shifts
Hourly Rate£13 (£98 PER SLEEP IN)
Hours Per Week Total over 2 weeks: 52.5 hours Average per week: 26.25 hours
Shift Pattern: We are recruiting two PAs to cover the following rota:
Week 1 Saturday: 12:00pm – 11:00pm (followed by a sleep-in)
Sunday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Week 2 Thursday: 5:00pm – 11:00pm (followed by a sleep-in)
Friday: 8:00am – 3:00pm
Friday: 3:30pm – 11:00pm (followed by a sleep-in)
Saturday: 8:00am – 3:00pm
Sunday: 12:00pm – 5:00pm
(Where a shift starts at 8:00am, this can be added onto a sleep-in. In these cases, the following shift would begin at 10:00am.)
