What You'll Be Doing
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to run your own 360° recruitment desk - building relationships, winning business and matching talented candidates with brilliant clients.
You'll receive full training from day one and will quickly take on responsibilities such as:
Business Development
- Prospecting new clients via phone, email, social media & meetings
- Promoting Hunter Selection's services and unique selling points
- Negotiating commercial terms
Client & Candidate Management
- Taking detailed vacancy briefs
- Building long‑lasting client partnerships
- Advertising roles, sourcing talent and using our tools, databases & networks
- Interviewing and assessing candidates
- Managing interviews, feedback and the offer process
- Ensuring smooth communication until placement
Organisation & Quality
- Following structured processes to ensure high-quality service
- Maintaining accurate records and using internal systems effectively
- Upholding professional standards across all social media activity
You'll also have the chance to get involved in internal improvement projects and initiatives as you grow.
