Summary

Ground Maintenance Operative – Bristol (Multi-Site)

O'Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for an experienced Ground Maintenance Operative to work across multiple sites in Bristol and the surrounding areas.

This is a mobile role, so a full UK driving licence is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grass cutting, strimming, and hedge trimming

  
  

• General landscaping and grounds maintenance

  
  

• Litter picking and site clearance

  
  

• Turfing, planting, and soft landscaping

  
  

• Operating small tools and plant machinery

  
  

• Travelling between sites as required

  
  

• Maintaining high health & safety standards at all times

  
  Requirements:

  • Previous ground maintenance or landscaping experience

    
    

  • Full UK driving licence (essential)

    
    

  • CSCS card (preferred)

    
    

  • Ability to work independently across multiple locations

    
    

  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
