The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery (NHNN) is part of the UCLH NHS Foundation Trust which has a reputation for innovation and providing excellent patient-focused care. The Trust is one of the designated Hyper-Acute Stroke Units in London and imaging forms an integral part of the patient pathway. The HASU is based at NHNN with an Emergency Stroke Unit accepting patients direct from the community. The Neuroradiology Department has a comprehensive range of state-of-the-art equipment, including 4 MRI scanners (including an intervention MRI suite), 2 CT scanners, 2 Interventional Suites and digital X-ray room, all fully integrated with PACS.
