Crynodeb
Duties will include, but not be limited to: Ensure a high radiographic standard is delivered by self and others within the team based on assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of standards to meet patients needs in accordance with agreed local and national standards and evidence based guidelines Proactively manage risk and maintain patient safety, conforming to health, safety and security legislation, policies, procedures and guidelines. Communicate with patients, relatives and other healthcare workers to ensure appropriate dissemination of complex information, in a form and manner consistent with their level of understanding, culture, background and preferred ways of communicating Manage research within the department in a safe, effective manner including management of personnel, facilities and the associated systems and processes. Be responsible for the delivery and co-ordination of care, through appropriate professional practice, delegation and supervision of duties carried out by all staff within the team To participate in development, education and training of staff and students.
