Job Description:

Unit Manager (RMN) Full‑time | 42 hours per week | £22.52 per hour | Paid handover

The Healthcare Hub is proud to partner with an established and high‑quality care provider in the Ellesmere Port area, seeking an experienced and clinically strong Unit Manager (Registered Mental Health Nurse – RMN) to lead a small, specialist complex mental health unit.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an RMN who thrives in complex care environments and is ready to step into (or continue in) a leadership role within a supportive and well‑structured service.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day‑to‑day leadership and oversight of a small complex mental health unit
Ensure the delivery of safe, person‑centred, evidence‑based care
Support, mentor, and supervise the nursing and care team
Complete clinical audits and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
Develop personalised care plans and risk assessments
Foster a positive, supportive culture and uphold high clinical standards
Liaise professionally with MDTs, families, external agencies and senior management
