Registered Home Care Manager – Exciting Start‑Up Opportunity (Domiciliary Care)
Salary: DOE plus up to £5,000 performance bonus
Location: Sale / Manchester West
Full‑time | Monday–Friday | Immediate Start Available
The Healthcare is delighted to be representing a rapidly developing new home care service in the Sale, Manchester West area. This is a rare and exciting start‑up Registered Manager opportunity within a highly reputable, values‑driven care organisation entering the local market for the first time.

What You’ll Be Doing
As Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in launching and developing the service:
Operational & Leadership Responsibilities
Recruit, select and train excellent care teams
Lead induction, orientation and ongoing staff development
Ensure regular supervision, appraisal and performance management
Maintain staffing levels to eliminate the need for agency carers
Oversee compliance, safeguarding and regulatory standards
Build strong relationships with local authorities, inspectors and safeguarding teams
Business Growth & Community Engagement
Actively network to generate referrals
Build links with Local Council professionals and community partners
Support local marketing efforts to attract private clients
Work closely with the provider to hit growth milestones
Take part in new client assessments (occasional evenings)
Working Pattern
Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
Flexibility for occasional evening assessments
Initially on‑call every weekend (£50 per weekend day)
What We’re Looking For
Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
Experienced Registered Manager OR strong Deputy/Assistant Manager with ambition
A passionate leader with a commitment to high-quality, person-centred home care
Confident with compliance, CQC standards, and service development
Motivated by growth, quality, and building a strong team culture
