Required for September 2026
Join our primary team this September!

We need imaginative educators bursting with energy, ready to inspire children and lead exciting new initiatives.

The ideal teacher is creative, energetic, and deeply committed to inspiring young learners. They bring fresh ideas, a willingness to try new approaches, and the confidence to lead engaging initiatives that enrich the school community. They are warm, nurturing, and able to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues. With a strong grasp of the primary curriculum, they know how to make learning joyful, purposeful, and accessible for every child. Above all, they’re a team player with a positive mindset, ready to contribute to a vibrant, collaborative school environment.

The roles would suit ECTs or experienced teachers.

We can offer you:
• A dedicated and supportive staff team who work collaboratively and celebrate each other’s strengths.
• A positive, caring and forward‑thinking atmosphere, where children and adults feel valued and inspired.
• A strong commitment to work–life balance, with wellbeing initiatives that genuinely make a difference.
• Opportunities to play an active part in shaping the shared vision of the Federation, helping to drive exciting ideas forward.
• Professional development across both schools, supporting growth at every stage of your career.
• A highly empowering ECT induction programme, designed to build confidence, nurture talent, and set new teachers up for success.
• Engaged and enthusiastic pupils, eager to learn and thrive in a creative, nurturing environment.
• Supportive parents and governors, who work in partnership with the school to champion children’s achievements.
• A culture of creativity and innovation, encouraging staff to try new approaches and bring fresh ideas to the classroom.
See the difference for yourself—book a visit and discover why our school is a fantastic place to grow your teaching career.
Your employment is with the Federation and the role will be at Oxford Road. You may however be required to work at another location within the Federation and you will receive 4 weeks minimum notice of any change to your location of work
