We need imaginative educators bursting with energy, ready to inspire children and lead exciting new initiatives.
The ideal teacher is creative, energetic, and deeply committed to inspiring young learners. They bring fresh ideas, a willingness to try new approaches, and the confidence to lead engaging initiatives that enrich the school community. They are warm, nurturing, and able to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues. With a strong grasp of the primary curriculum, they know how to make learning joyful, purposeful, and accessible for every child. Above all, they’re a team player with a positive mindset, ready to contribute to a vibrant, collaborative school environment.
The roles would suit ECTs or experienced teachers.

Your employment is with the Federation and the role will be at Oxford Road. You may however be required to work at another location within the Federation and you will receive 4 weeks minimum notice of any change to your location of work
