Crynodeb
To provide specialist psychology assessment, including clinical interviews, cognitive/ psychometric/ neuropsychological and other standardised assessments such as ADOS-2 where appropriate To provide adapted evidence-based interventions with children and young people with complex presentations associated with their neurodevelopmental and associated mental health needs. To work in partnership, regularly liaise and provide consultations to local networks. To use routine outcome measures, contribute towards audit, service evaluation and research projects, To provide clinical supervision/line management for junior staff members e.g. Assistant Psychologists and Undergraduate Psychology Placement students To work as an autonomous professional within BPS and HCPC guidelines and codes of conduct and guided by values and principles and policies or procedures of the Trust and service, taking responsibility for own clinical decision making. To foster a psychologically safe environment for families, networks and the team to support people to flourish
