Assist Senior Human Resources Advisors and Human Resources Managers in providing an efficient, effective and consistent operational service in all aspects of human resources management to allocated Clinical Boards and Departments to help them achieve their objectives Provide advice to Clinical Boards and Departments on all human resource activity and developments Flexible with regard to covering across all Clinical Boards and Departments to this level on a day-to-day basis in the absence of colleagues Provide a consistent, efficient and effective human resource service Provide guidance and support to other staff within the Human Resources Department
