Communications & Engagement Officer
Reporting to: Director of People & Values
Location: Office-based, Monday–Friday, am–pm
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. 37.5 hours weekly
Contract: Permanent Full-time
Salary: £26,000 -£30,000 per annum

Are you passionate about people, communication, and creating a positive workplace culture? SweetTree Home Care Services is looking for a proactive and creative Communications & Engagement Officer to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Purpose of the Role:
In this exciting role, you’ll support our organisation in strengthening internal communications, promoting engagement, and celebrating the achievements that make SweetTree special. You’ll help deliver campaigns and initiatives that enhance colleague well-being, recognition, and professional excellence — ensuring our culture of quality care shines through everything we do.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Supporting engaging internal communications that reflect our values, promote well-being, and keep teams connected.
Creating and sharing inspiring content for newsletters, intranet updates, and social media.
Helping to coordinate campaigns, events, and activities that support inclusion, recognition, and quality improvement.
Assisting in the roll-out of well-being and engagement platforms, and gathering feedback from colleagues and clients.
Supporting projects that enhance on-boarding, learning, and service excellence across the organisation.
Eligibility Criteria:
Some experience or studies in communications, training, or employee engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Confident engaging with people at all levels and presenting ideas clearly.
Organised, enthusiastic, and collaborative — a real team player with initiative.
Interest in well-being, culture, or quality improvement is a big plus!
