Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong exposure to reconciliation processes and capital markets.
This role will bridge business and technology teams, focusing on reconciliation automation, process optimisation, and data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and support end-to-end delivery within the SDLC framework.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders
Work closely with business teams on reconciliation automation initiatives
Conduct gap analysis and prepare documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Translate business requirements into technical specifications
Analyse business workflows to identify improvement opportunities
Participate across all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Support database-related initiatives and data analysis activities
Prepare release notes and coordinate deployments with technology and business teams
Provide post-production support to ensure smooth transition into BAU
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide project updates
Support project management activities to ensure timely delivery
Skills & Experience
Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies
Experience in reconciliation processes, automation, or capital markets (highly desirable)
Strong documentation skills (BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases)
Experience working in Agile environments
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Ability to collaborate with both business and technical teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience supporting cross-functional projects
